Both times I went I called before to make sure it’s a good time so i wouldn’t have to wait and the person on the phone said yes yes come now it’s not busy and the first time I waited a half hour and the lady was being so rude to me when I mentioned after 20 minutes of waiting that I called and she said it’s a good time when clearly it’s not and the second time I also waited a half hour before I just left I don’t understand why they would tell me it’s a good time to come and then make me wait a half hour

Used to come here regularly and Bhavini used to do my eyebrows pretty great. Since I moved to a different place I haven’t been back in a while so when I went last night to get my eyebrows done they had a new lady (not sure how long she’s been working there). She’s a bit older and her eyebrows look bad so it should’ve been a red flag but I still gave her a chance. She completely messed it up! I told her I would like to keep it thick so just needed some clean up since I have someone I go to regularly. This woman took off nearly half of my hair, screwed up the shape I had from before and then had the audacity to blame me for not having “enough hair” HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and if you see a woman with terrible eyebrows just run!

Amazing !!!! I only spend my money here!!! Its always so clean, the workers are extremely talented, and it always smell so good! I specifically adore Vatvini (i hope i spelled her name correctly). She’s the best! The way she shape and make sure you leave looking your best! She knows how to perfectly arch your brows and she’s so quick and experienced !

AVOID!! Do not come here. The first time I came here they did a good job, the second time she waxed off literally over half of my eyebrows. I looked crazy. I came back on a sunday to a different lady and explained I wanted to keep them thick and not thinner out and gave her very specific instructions on the shape. I look in the mirror and there is absolutely 0 shape to my eyebrow and she had taken off half of my eyebrow. I literally walked out with only one eyebrow done that's how horrific it was. I don't know how she's working here but I would never come back here and you shouldn't either. They don't know what they're doing. Will also be telling all my friends in the area to avoid this place at all costs. So many better options in the area.
